We ring in the New Year with many of our annual episodes including themed programs from Sherlock Holmes, Casey-Crime Photographer, The Great Gildersleeve, Jack Benny, Burns & Allen, Martin & Lewis, Father Knows Best, etc.
We also have belated birthday celebrations for big screen legends, Humphrey Bogart and Richard Widmark. In the case of Widmark we'll play the hour long Lux Radio Theatre version of his debut film, "Kiss of Death".
Speaking of Lux - we also have that longrunning CBS series version of "Victor Hugo's Les Miserables" with Ronald Colman and Debra Paget. Also Orson Welles will be heard in The Mercury Theater On The Air adaptation of "Affairs of Anatole."
2010 is gonna be a great year, so glad you are along with me for the ride!!
Greg.
